Hicran

    I am Hijran. I am 20 years old. I love to work with my hands. We are 5 brothers and sisters, and I am the middle child. I live a lovely, happy life with my family, the only thing that saddens me is my mother’s illness, which really shook us. For now everything is OK – may the Lord grant healing to all the sick.

    My family first came to this neighborhood 28 years ago – we came from a village near Çatak in the mountains. It was evacuated by the military during the war. We have never been able to go back.
